This is one paratha which i loved a lot. It had a beautiful orange colour to it, plus it tasted so yummy. You can make this, cut into little triangles and give it to your kids, they will love it for sure..

Makes : 4 paratha
Ingredients:
For Dough:
Wheat Flour / Atta - 1 cup + extra if needed
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tblspn
Water as needed
For Filling:
Oil - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 large chopped finely
Green Chilli - 1 chopped finely
Chicken Mince - 1 cup
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 3 tblspn
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves a handful finely chopped
Method:
Start by making dough, take flour, salt, oil in a bowl. rub well so oil is mixed in with the flour.
Add in water slowly and knead to a soft smooth dough. Cover the dough with a bowl and set aside for 30 mins.
Heat oil in a pan, add in cumin an all spices. Add in onions and green chilli, salt and cook till golden.
Add in chicken and mix well. Add in spice powder and mix well. Add little ketchup and mix well.
Add a splash of water and cook that till it thickens. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
Set this mix in a bowl and let it cool down.
Take the dough and divide into equal balls. Take two balls and roll it out lightly.
Place one rolled paratha near you, spread some filling over it, cover with other paratha, seal the edges, use a rolling pin to roll the paratha even more.
Heat a tawa, put the paratha on hot tawa, cook for few sec, flip over, spread some oil over it, spread again, spread some more oil over it and cook on both sides till golden.
Remove and serve hot.

roll it out |
spoon some filling over it |
cover it with another roti |
press it lightly |
roll it out |
place it in a hot tawa |
flip over |
apply some oil over it |
flip and cook |
Serve |
