You all know i just adore brownies & blondies..I love making them a lot as well. Each time i like to experiment with those beauties..This time i used rachael allen's recipe and made this banana blondies. It turned out more delicious than expected...

The banana added in this made it more moist. I also added some extra chopped white chocolate which was perfectly molten and taste divine when you bite into it.

White Chocolate Peanut Butter Blondies

Ingredients:
White Chocolate - 225 grams / 1 1/4 cup
Unsalted Butter - 100 grams / 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar - 150 grams / 3/4 cup
Egg - 1
Mashed Ripe Banana - 200 grams / 2/3 cup
Vanilla - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
All Purpose Flour - 1 3/4 cup / 210 grams
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
White Chocolate - 1/2 cup chopped
(My 1 cup measures 240 ml)
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degree c. Line a 20 cm square baking pan with parchment and grease it lightly. Set aside.
Take butter and white chocolate in a bowl and place it over a pan with simmering water. Melt it gently.
Now set aside for 10 mins so it cools down.
Now add in brown sugar, banana, egg, vanilla and salt. Mix well.
Take baking powder, white chocolate chunks and flour in a bowl and mix well.
Add this wet ingredients and mix well.
Spoon this in the pan and pop it oven. Bake for 30 to 35 mins.
Now remove it and cool it for 10 mins.
Slice and serve.
