We make this very often at home. It is one of my go to recipe for gobi pakoras. Mom loved fried cauliflower like this or gobi 65 more than manchurians. So whenever we buy cauliflower we used to make this often.

These crisp golden nuggets make a great snack for kids, since these turn out very crisp, kids will love it for sure.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 2 mins
Serves: 3 to 4
Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 3 cups boiled and drained
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tblspn
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp or to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Gram Flour / Besan / Kadalai Mavu - 1/2 cup
Rice Flour - 1/4 cup
Cornflour - 2 tblspn
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil for deep frying
Method:
Take all ingredients except oil in a bowl and mix well. Add very little water and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan, drop the pakora in hot oil and fry till golden brown.
Drain and set aside.
Serve with ketchup.
