Ingredients:
White Pumpkin / Thadiyangai / Vellai Poosanikai - 2 cups chopped
Cucumber - 1 cup chopped
Ginger - 1 thumb inch piece
Mint Leaves a handful
Water as needed
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice to taste
Method:
Take cucumber, white pumpkin, ginger, mint in a blender and puree till smooth.
Strain this, add salt and lemon juice.
Fill a cup with icecubes and pour juice in. Serve.
