I love one pot meals, they are much convenient when you dont have much time on hand and less washing up. This pasta is one of that recipe, it is all made in a single pot and taste so delicious. Cooking pasta directly in the sauce creates a silky and creamy texture to the pasta.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 35 mins
Serves: 3 to 4
Ingredients:
Penne Pasta - 2 cup raw
Chicken Breast - 2 sliced thinly
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Olive Oil - 2 tblspn
Garlic - 6 cloves chopped
Onion - 1 medium size sliced thinly
Bell Peppers - 3 cups sliced
Chilli Powder - 1 tblspn
Oregano - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Water - 4 cups
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and cook for couple of mins, drain and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic and fry for a min. Add in onions and saute for few mins.
Add in bell peppers and saute for 5 to 6 mins.
Now add in all spice powders along with salt and mix well.
Now add in milk and water and bring it to a boil
Once it boils add in pasta and cook till done and the water is all evaporated.
Serve.
