I love love iced coffee..Ever since i made my vietnamese iced coffee, i am adding condensed milk into my iced coffee. This one i used the leftover dulce de leche and it turned out soo good..

I dont drink hot coffee or hot tea often, but during summer time i have cold coffee often. They are so refreshing and cools your body. I have already shared a cold coffee recipe, but this one is too easy and very delicious.

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

Dulce de Leche - 1/4 cup
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 3 tblspn
Instant Coffee Powder - 1 tblspn
Icecubes as needed

Method:

Take dulce de leche, milk, sugar in a sauce pan and heat it till it all gets combined. Now add in coffee powder and mix well. Cool this down.

Fill a serving glass with icecubes and pour this over it. Mix well and serve.
